The data you entered during your trial period will be available when you convert your account to a paid account.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

Yes, if you decide that SummitAssign isn’t for you, simply cancel anytime. you will only be billed for the amount of usage metered for the current billing period to date. we hope that you will give us the chance to prove the product value to you before you cancel the service.

Can I do a trial to test out SummitAssign?

Absolutely, you can start your free 30 days trial anytime.

What kind of barcode scanner devices your application support?

Any barcode scanner which has Windows mobile 6.0 or above operating system installed will work with the application.

What is the database backup policy you have for the cloud version?

Database backup will run on daily basis and data up to 10 previous days will be available for restore.
